Jeff has been involved in the management and development of human capital for the past 29 years. Before founding Global Human Resources Outsourcing (GHRO) he ran a successful Human Resources consulting practice (JDS Consulting).

Prior to JDS Jeff functioned as a senior human resources executive for several companies where he led human resource teams on three continents in the manufacturing, telecommunication and software and entertainment industries. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton.

In addition to his university education Jeff also holds designations as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR); Certified Compensation Professional (CCP); Global Remuneration Professional (GRP); and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP). He has also been an instructor at the Universities of Redlands, Phoenix and Chapman for the past 24 years. Happily married for 32 years Jeff and his spouse Diane reside in Mission Viejo, California where they enjoy travel, sports and the theatre.

Ms. DeGidio is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of progressive Human Resources (HR) experience in the areas of manufacturing, logistics, non-profit and government. She has earned a reputation for increasing the credibility and effectiveness of the HR Management function by being committed to excellence in the delivery of quality customer service. Her strong management and communication skills make her a highly respected and trusted advisor, trainer, mentor, consultant, and leader in HR business partnerships.

Currently Nichole has taken the helm as GHRO’s Principal Consultant, providing guidance, support and performs as a trusted advisor to GHRO’s clients, employees, and management team. Some career accomplishments include:

  • Created and implemented effective Human Resource departments for two start-up companies, developed strategies and policies to align Human Resource functions with corporate strategic plans and goals.
  • Designed, implemented and currently manage the National Talent Acquisition program for GHRO. Outcomes include, hiring over 400 employees per year; reducing staff turnover by 30%; a cost savings over $657k; reducing staff vacancies by 36%; impacting staff overtime costs by $500k.
  • Designed and facilitated management training programs for customers including strategic planning, change, conflict, communication, stress, taking responsibility and more.
  • Coached and developed Executives and Managers in the challenges of team building, conflict resolution and leadership to enhance organizational and personal effectiveness.
  • Received her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation.

Carol is a top producing sales professional with over 25 years of experience within highly competitive markets. She thrives on establishing genuine rapport with her prospects and clients by utilizing product knowledge, familiarity and a consultative selling style to uncover client’s needs in order to deliver suitable solutions. Confident, articulate, and professional communication abilities are just some of Carol's personal attributes.

Carol has spent many years in sales honing her craft. With time logged in at various professional organizations such at Wright Ford Young & Co., a CPA Firm; Platinum Capital Partners, an Investment Banking Firm; Corbin & Wertz Regional, a CPA Firm; and, Paychex, Inc., she has garnered the details and the ins and outs of these various disciplines in order to better service their HR needs while representing GHRO.

In addition to Carol's vast professional experience, she is the mother to two wonderful daughters. She also spends her weekends teaching Sunday School for the past five years as well as instructing yoga classes for the past three. GHRO is very excited to have Carol aboard our team.

Julie is responsible for all corporate communications and identity for GHRO as well as the design of communications programs and standards for various GHRO clients.

Julie comes to GHRO with a diversified background in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations and we're thankful she has decided to join our team! Julie's career was last tenured working as an independent marketing consultant. In this capacity Julie was able to create marketing plans, media plans, website development evaluations and developer analysis, government access channel programming development plans, event consultation and on-site event execution for a variety of clients.

Previously to owning her own consulting firm, Julie worked as the Advertising/Marketing Director for 10 years with famed marine-life artist Wyland. In her role with the Wyland team, Julie had many opportunities that led her to celebrity coordination, scuba diving excursions and lots of glamorous sounding events that at the end of the day are just another job (someone has to do them). Before working for Wyland, Julie was with the Orange County Register newspaper in Orange County California for five years in their Marketing department with stints at advertising agencies prior to that.

Ms. Edwards received her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Secondary Education and History from Principia College in Elsah, IL. Julie also enjoys kayaking, golf, traveling, scuba diving, fine dining and spending time with her family and animals.

Kunal oversees and directs all significant aspects 1st Flagship financial, accounting, treasury, risk management and financial compliance operations. He has management oversight and responsibility for all financial functions and oversees all revenues, costs, capital expenditures, investments and debt.

He also participates in the front-end of the business activities as required to support optimum proposal development by preparing cost/pricing/profit proposal volumes for submission to government clients. Kunal additionally ensures compliance with government regulation and verifying direct and indirect-costs and pools, submission of provisional billing rate and incurred cost reporting on a yearly basis.

Prior to working at 1st Flagship, Kunal was a Senior Financial Analyst at Raytheon. His duties for various international programs included: maintaining program work breakdown structure and charge numbers, monitoring budgets, research and investigate data discrepancies, and he provided data validation reports. Kunal was also involved in planning budget baselines and stats using performance, collecting data for pricing bid and proposal work, earned value (EVMS) and estimate to complete (EAC) reporting. Other major responsibilities included preparing annual operating plan, five-year plan, and monthly program reviews for various contracts for executive management. Prior to Raytheon, he worked at Unisys and Merrill Lynch in various finance and accounting roles.

Mr. Vibhaker earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in Finance and is currently pursuing his MBA at University of California, Irvine.

Kunal enjoys a variety of interests, outdoor activities, traveling and participating and watching various sporting events.

Joanna is a Recruiter supporting Career Systems Development (CSD) with their Talent Acquisition. CSD is a management services company assisting at-risk youth in their quest to learn a vocation and to obtain either a GED or high school diploma. Joanna is responsible for the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and testing of job applicants prior to presenting them to hiring managers at CSD Job Corps centers.

Joanna has been with Global since April of 2004 as the Human Resources Assistant, and later moved into the role of Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist.

Joanna earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine and later obtained her Human Resources Management Certificate through UCI's Extension Program.

Joanna likes to stay very involved in theatre arts in her spare time in the capacity of a patron, participant, teacher, and mentor. Additionally, Joanna is an accomplished dancer and enjoys attending dance workshops and lives in Mission Viejo with her husband Josh.

Ronnie is currently supporting our client, CSD, as a Corporate HR Manager where she helps with employee relations, training, policy development and interpretation as well as support on corporate assessments. Before her current position, Ronnie came to GHRO with great recruiter and Human Resources experiences in the residential property management and staffing industries. Having established the applicant tracking system, the cost per hire analysis and hiring 15 – 30 new hires per month, GHRO was ecstatic when she decided to join our team.

Having majored in both Psychology and Spanish at University of California, Irvine, Ronnie is not only a Southern California local but adds an additional skill set to our GHRO team that lends itself well to our recruiting efforts.

Ronnie also completed the Human Resources Management Certificate program at California State University, Dominguez Hills and when not studying, she likes to run. In fact, she's raced in quite a few marathons and half marathons and truly enjoys the competition. Besides running Ronnie enjoys hiking, exploring the great outdoors, trying new foods and her family.
